This Refund Policy explains our practices regarding refunds for purchases made through the Dale application.
Credit Purchases
Dale uses a credit system to allow users to express interest in plans. Credits are purchased through in-app purchases.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevented the use of purchased credits
- Unauthorized purchases (subject to verification)
- Duplicate charges for the same transaction
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Credits that have already been used
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago
- Dissatisfaction with matches or outcomes
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Transaction ID or receipt
- Reason for the refund request
Processing Time
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
App Store Purchases
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. You may need to request refunds directly through Apple for in-app purchases.
